Front Desk Coordinator, Assistant Instructor

Sensei Valerie joined our team in 2021. She was born and raised in Greece, NY, and attended Greece Athena, where she played soccer, volleyball, and ran track. She participated in the Walt Disney World College Program and worked in Marketing & Business Management before becoming an entrepreneur at 26.

SENSEI MEGHAN HAINES

XKB Instructor and Junior Karate Instructor

Sensei Meghan has been training at Murray's Martial Arts since 2012. She has been our Head Xtreme Kickboxing Instructor for over 9 years. In addition to Isshin Ryu, she has also trained extensively in Fitness Kickboxing and Muay Thai.

SENSEI AYDAN TOAL

Junior Karate Instructor, 2nd Degree Black Belt

Sensei Aydan began training at Murray's Martial Arts in 2012 when he was 5. He is a member of the Leadership Team, an active competitor, and has won numerous awards. He currently attends Odyssey Academy.

SENSEI COREY WHITE

Senior Karate Instructor, 4th Degree Black Belt

Sensei Corey White began his Karate training at Murray's Martial Arts when he was 9. He's been teaching the art since he was 15 when he first earned his Black Belt. He is a Rochester Institute of Technology graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

SENSEI KASEY MURRAY

Manager and Head Instructor, 5th Degree Black Belt

Sensei Kasey Murray started training at Murray’s Martial Arts at age 3, earning his Black Belt at 8. He now has over 25 years of experience. He has competed and won in tournaments around the country. He has also trained extensively in Tumbling, Capoeira, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai.

SENSEI SUE MURRAY

Sensei Sue Murray is a Co-owner of Murray’s Martial Arts and is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. She began her training under her husband Shihan Kim Murray’s direction in 1993. She waited until all 3 of her children, who are also Black Belts, had grown up before she started her own training.

SHIHAN KIM MURRAY

Shihan Kim Murray is a Co-owner of Murray’s Martial Arts with more than 40 years of experience. He is the founder of the United Isshin Ryu Karate and Kobu-Do Association. He was awarded a 9th Degree Black Belt in 2018.

He has taught tens of thousands of students the Art of Isshin Ryu Karate and Kobu-Do. He has competed both nationally and internationally, winning numerous grand championships.
